30-DAY-NOT-GOOD-MONEY-BACK-GUARANTEE

(1)  You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving a reason.

(2)  The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day that you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has received the products.

(3) To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an email to us – Smart Commute B.V., Hogenslagweg 10b, 7009CD, Doetinchem, the Netherlands – via contact@brekr.com with your decision to withdraw from this agreement. You can use the example below for this.

(4) In connection with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the communication about exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

(5) If you revoke this agreement, we must refund the payments that we have received from you, excluding any separately charged delivery costs, at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notice of cancellation of this agreement. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

(6) Under no circumstances will we charge you a fee for the reimbursement.

(7) We can refuse the refund until we have the goods in our possession again or until you have provided us with proof that you have sent back the goods.

(8) You must return the goods to us or hand them over to us directly, but in any case within fourteen days from the day that you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The period is met if you have returned the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

(9) Tailor-made or specially made products are excluded from this guarantee.

(10) Please note: the product may only be used (carefully) to check operation and driving characteristics. Has the product became less valuable because you have used it in a different way? Then only a part of the purchase will be refunded.

(11) Direct costs of returning the goods are for your account.

(12) We are in no way obliged to reimburse costs other than the purchase price of the product.

(13) We reserve the right to unilaterally change, suspend or terminate this guarantee, or to exclude customers from application in the event of abuse.

(14) If you have ordered and returned a similar product from us in the last 5 years, then this guarantee is expressly not applicable.
