When will my fat bike be delivered? We are working hard to complete the Model F. If you order your Jet Black Edition Model F now, it will be delivered in March 2024. The months before are already sold out.

Where can I get my bike maintained? All maintenance on your bicycle can be done at your home. Besides, we have a growing network of authorized dealers in Western Europe where you can go for maintenance. For basic maintenance, you can also visit your local bike shop.

Is suspension a must on fatbikes? No, because the thick tires with plenty of air already absorb most shocks for a comfortable ride. In fact, suspension absorbs so much energy that it reduces your range. The tires provide a smooth ride with a longer range.

What is the maximum speed of the fatbike? E-bikes are allowed to travel 25 km/h with a 10% tolerance, so the Model F legally reaches a maximum of 27.5 km/h when you receive it.

Can the fatbike be tuned up? We can’t tune up your bike, but we have no control over what outside parties do. We advise you not to do it, you risk invalidating your warranty.

What is the puncture resistance of the tires? The tires are anti-puncture coated and have a thick structure. This makes the tire resistant to punctures. However – anything can be damaged depending on use. You can repair the inner tube.

What is the range of the fat bike? The Jet Black Edition Model F features a long-range battery upgrade. This battery has a capacity of 720Wh with which, depending on weather conditions and your driving style, you will ride 45 to 70 km.

Does it take a lot of strength and effort to ride the fat bike? No, your ride is always smooth and relaxed. You choose from three driving modes, with mode one being the eco mode, and mode three giving you the most support. Always cycling without effort.

Can I make a test ride? Because we are still finishing up the final details of the Model F, a test drive is not yet possible. Starting in July, you can take a test ride at several locations! Are there any accessories available for the fat bike? Currently, a phone mount is available, and we are working on a complete lock solution (ready before the first Model F’s are delivered) and luggage solution. Over time, more accessories will become available.

Does the fat bike have anti-theft protection? The Model F has an optional connectivity module with track and trace function in case of theft. If you are insured for theft through the ANWB-Brekr-insurance, professional bike hunters will track down your bike. They locate 90% of the bikes and if they don’t find yours, you get a new one. In addition, we are working on a complete lock solution where you can easily lock both your battery and bike.

With my height, will I fit on the fat bike? The Model F has a height-adjustable saddle. No matter your height, you’ll always be able to ride comfortably.

What if I don’t like the fat bike? You can always cancel your order without providing a reason. After delivery, we have a 30 day no-good-money-back guarantee, also without giving any reason.
