Your Brekr F250 has replaceable pedals, see the steps below on how to install or remove the pedals of your F250.
Install
- Grab the pedals and determine which pedal is left and which pedal is right by looking at the end of the thread.
- Determine the placement of the pedals on the bike, considering left and right while you are positioned on the saddle of the F250.
- If you’ve identified the correct position for the pedals, initiate the installation by hand-tightening the left pedal counterclockwise and the right pedal clockwise at the threaded connection.
- Make sure the side where you want to tighten the crank is facing forward to make it easier to secure the pedal.
- Now, with the crank facing forward, tighten the left pedal counterclockwise and the right pedal clockwise by holding the pedal and using a 15mm socket wrench.
Remove
- Make sure the crank is facing forward on the side you want to loosen the pedal.
- If the crank is facing forward, locate the connection between the pedal and the crank.
- Check the inside of the crank to see which pedal is left and right.
- Loosen the left pedal clockwise and the right pedal counterclockwise at the connection by holding the pedal and using a 15mm socket wrench.
